The Worship Arts  ministry is currently in need of volunteers to learn and operate lighting controllers and lyric projection software. Contact Dedra or Dane for more details.

9:30 Band leads worship for our emerging worship service at First Church under the direction of Dane Daniels. Members interested in participating should contact Dane to arrange for an audition.

Adult Chancel Choir & Ensembles of First Methodist Carrollton are led by Dedra Rainey.  Adult Chancel Choir rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm September through May.  Annual special events, concerts, and leading in Praise & Worship are the focus of these ministry groups.

Bell Choir is under the supervision of Dedra Rainey.  They bring specials to our Sunday morning services and seasonal concerts throughout the year.

Dance Team - The Praise Warriors are a team of women that offer up sacred movement and dance in worship to our Lord.  No previous dance experience is required.  The Praise Warriors are a part of our Sunday Morning Worship experience many times throughout the year. Drama Team - The Drama team also takes part in adding to our Sunday morning Worship Services.  They meet weekly to prepare dramatic sketches to enhance a particular topic for Sunday mornings.  In addition to preparing for Sunday mornings, they focus on many different aspects of theatrical arts to improve their acting skills. Lighting & Stage Design - Are you interested in creating inviting environments for worship through lighting? Are you interested in creatively supporting the message or series through set design? We need people to aim lights, run lighting controllers, hang fabric, build set pieces and haul things to and from the church. Contact Dedra or Dane if you are interested.

Musical Pantomime for 4th –6th graders is a unique form of worship through movement. For more infromation, contact Dana Van Steenbergen.
