TBD (Teaching Biblical Discipline) - Age 30+ - Room E-130

This class consists of single parent and married families with children ranging from toddler through youth. We are just starting the church-wide study of Celebration of Discipline. Future topics will be decided as a group, but all will promote life application of biblical principles.

Teachers: Bob & Tina Beshears and Al & Lorraine Johnson. Meets at 9:30 a.m.

 

The Early Edition - for young marrieds (ages 20 to 30) - Room E-132

Topics to be discussed over the next several months will be High Definition Living, The Big 6 - essentials of a great marriage, Purposely Married, Money Matters, and The Covenant.

Teachers: Bob & Dianne Miller. Meets at 9:30 a.m.

 

The “Yeah…But…”Class– 18 – 30’s        E211

We are a Young Singles class, Yeah… but… we also have Young Married people, Yeah… but… we also have Young single Parents, Yeah… but… we also have aspiring Young Professionals with quite the aggressive career path, Yeah… but… we also have some folks fresh out of college who are still looking for the ideal job, Yeah… but… we also have folks in their early 40s, Yeah… but… we also have people in their early 20s, Yeah… but… we also have couples who are brand new parents.   We are currently studying a series on the Names of God Our class style is very relational, opening each Sunday with a time of sharing and fun followed by a lesson that is a mix of discussion and teaching. Teachers: Brent and Cindy Allen, Scott and Laura Smyer. Meets at 11:00 a.m.

Beloved Daughters - Women - All Ages - Room E-207

This class will be for women of any age - married, single, divorced, or widowed. As Beloved Daughters, we will study God's Word, grow our faith, and get to know our Father better. If you haven't found your place for friendship and fellowship on Sunday mornings, try this class. Teacher: Grace Stewart. Meets at 9:30 a.m.

Fellowship Class - Age: 60s - 80s - Room M-107 (Parlor)
This medium-sized class is a friendly group who welcomes both married and singles. We open with praise, prayer requests, prayer, and song. Our class is a comprehensive Bible study using David C. Cook curriculum which includes both lecture and discussion. We are currently studying the book of Revelation. Our class gets together for fun and fellowship several times a year. 
Teacher:  R.B. Putteet.  Meets at 9:30 a.m.

James 1:22 - Age: 35 - 60 - Room M-107 (Parlor)
Study of  God’s Word for those who want to  be “doers of the Word and  not hearers only.” Teacher:  David White.  Meets at 11:00 a.m.

Family Ties - Age: 30s - 40s - Room E-130

This class consists of families with kids ranging from toddler through young adult and some single parents. We are currently studying A.W. Tozier, The Attributes of God:  Journey into the Father’s heart.  We get together quarterly for social events. Teachers: Stephanie & Fabian Broncano. Meets at 11:00 a.m.

Pairs 'N Spares - Age: 50s - 60s - M-Library
A Bible study class that incorporates both lecture and discussion, followed by a time of prayer and praise. Teacher:  Scott Smith.  Meets at 9:30 a.m.

Roomseekers Class - Age: 50s - 70s - Room M-222
This large class offers a strong sense of belonging to a smaller group with guided Bible study. We are currently studying the book of Genesis. This class takes time to address members' concerns, caretaking, and social activities.   Teacher:  Alex Ward.  Meets at 9:30 a.m.

Faithbuilders - Age: 40s - 50s - Room E-210
Adults participating in an interactive teaching class.  The topic varies each week, with a focus on building and sharing our faith in today’s world and applying the Bible to our daily lives according to Galatians 2:20.  We welcome the company and insights of guests! Teachers:  David Smith, David Roelke, Steve Niermann.  Meets at 11:00 a.m.

Special Education - Room M-119
A class adapted for those with special needs. Teacher: Linda Akers.  Meets at 9:30 a.m.

Prayer Workshop Acts 2:42
- Age: 30s - 40s - Room E-129
As an outgrowth of the prayer ministry of the church, this class will provide you with an opportunity to learn and practice Biblical prayer and discipleship.  Teacher:  Scott Grigsby.  Meets at 11:00 a.m.

Koinonia Class - Age: 30s - 50s - Room - M-222
From the Greek word for  “fellowship”- a strong, loving fellowship whose desire  is to apply the Bible. Class begins with a short praise and worship time, announcements and prayer requests.   This class meets practical and spiritual needs of it’s members and others.   Teacher:  Nathan Griffin.   Meets at 11:00 a.m.

Covenant Class - Age:  25 - 35 - Room E-132

For young married couples, this class studies Bible based topics with group discussion.  Social get-togethers are held on a regular basis.  Led by Connie & Billy McClure.   Meets at 11:00 a.m.


Friends in Faith Class - Age: 20s and up - Room E-129

An interactive group of married couples with children and singles with and without children. This mix allows us to broaden our perspective while discussing biblical principles and life applications. Leaders:  Joy and Albert Alonzo.  Meets at 11:00 a.m.
