Tyler is one of the missionaries that we support at our church. He is now in Karlsruhe, Germany. A little background on what Tyler is doing:
“Once the epicenter of the Protestant movement and steeped in historical Christianity, Europe is now the least active Christian area in the world. The reality is the significant majority of the population is now outside the reach of the traditional church.
“Mateno was created to address this challenge.
“Mateno creates fresh expressions of the Christian faith while working to support, inspire, and empower other initiators to do the same.
“Through local faith communities, art and media campaigns, and other social initiatives Mateno is inspiring a new generation of Christian leaders to join God in changing their world.”
How We Can Pray for Tyler Today:
1. Pray for Tyler as he works on his residency process and for upcoming appointments regarding this.
2. Pray for adaptability to the language – learning it and speaking it. Pray for perseverance and boldness.
3. Pray for cultural adjustment as this is now his permanent home – Pray for strength, perseverance, and a deeper reliance on God to help in the transition time.
4. Pray for relationships that are built in this community.
