It is our tradition to take the month of October to celebrate our pastors and staff. We are so blessed for our pastors, staff and their families and the many ways that they faithfully serve and selflessly give of their time and talents.
So how can we show them our appreciation? Pray for them and their families each day. Look for creative ways to express your appreciation, love, and gratitude for all they do. Consider notes of thanks and encouragement, a gift card for meals or treats, homemade goodies, or other small tokens of appreciation.
We are truly thankful for their dedication and faithfulness to God and our church! Please join me this entire month as we shower our Pastors and Staff with love and appreciation. The link below will take you to a current list of all of our staff members.
P.S. Several have asked so I also wanted to let you know that the SPRC has begun the process of planning an event that will occur late spring 2019 to celebrate the upcoming retirement of Doug Miller. So while we will definitely want to shower our Senior Pastor with appreciation in October, please know that there will be a specific celebration of Doug’s career closer to his actual retirement date of July 1, 2019.
